摘要
以Al样品为例,研究了激光诱导击穿技术中,离焦量和激光能量对等离子体光谱的影响.实验结果表明:100ns是最佳的延迟时间;改变离焦量,等离子体特征谱线的相对强度和成分都有明显的改变;随着激光能量的增加,光谱强度增加,谱线的半高全宽也增加.
Using the technology of laser-induced breakdown (LIBS), the effects of lens-to-sample distance (LTSD) and laser energy on the spectral characteristics of Al laser plasma were researched. The experimental results indicated that the optimum time delay was 100 ns, the intensity and composition of the plasma spectra changed obviously, and the spectral intensity and half width increased with increasing laser energy.
