On internet plus and architecture intelligentization

简要介绍了建筑智能化产业的现状,分析了互联网+的核心含义,提出互联网+智能建筑将解决这些问题,成为感知建筑的观点,现状描述了感知建筑的技术特征,以及在分级式管控平台建设、物联网应用、节能方式、BIM运用方面由互联网+所带来的变革,简述了当前互联网+与智能化产业整合存在的问题。

This article describes briefly the less-than-perfect state of intelligent buildings, the product of architecture intelligentization industry, analyzes the key meaning of internet plus, thus puts forward the concept of solving the problems through internet plus intelligent buildings to form perception buildings. Furthermore it gives a description of technical features of perception buildings as well as the changes brought by internet plus in the aspects of constructing hierarchical control platforms, utilizing internet of things, energy-saving methods, application of building information model （BIM）. Lastly, it gives a sketch of the problems existing in integration of internet plus and intelligent industry.
