安全生产,责任先行,而安全责任,关键在于落实。当前我国经济迅猛发展,各类企业规模不断扩大,企业体制也越加复杂。新常态下,如何有效落实企业安全责任,使责任清晰明了成为当前推动安全发展的基石所在。2014年12月1日,新《安全生产法》正式颁布实施,新《安全生产法》法律条款中对政府、企业、第三方、个人等安全责任的界定和阐述更为具体合理,为抓好企业安全责任的落实提供切实可行的重要依据。文章主要探讨当前企业在落实安全责任中存在的问题,提出有效应用新《安全生产法》解决企业责任落实问题的建议。

The key of safety management, lies in the implementation of responsibility. Because of the current rapid development of China＇s economy, all kinds of enterprises have been expanding, and the enterprise system has become increasingly complex. Under the new normal situation, how to effectively implement the enterprise security responsibilities, to make the responsibility clear, has become the cornerstone of the current development of security. On December 1, 2014, the new ＇safety production law＇ was formally promulgated and implemented. New legal provisions of responsibility of the government, enterprise, the third party, and person better grasp the implementation of enterprise security responsibility. This thesis mainly discusses the problems existing in enterprises implementation of security responsibilities, and how to effectively use the new ＇safety production law＇ to solve the problems of the implementation of corporate responsibility.
