异丙嗪联合丹参川芎嗪治疗眩晕症的临床研究

Clinical study of Promethazine and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine in treating vertigo

目的探讨异丙嗪联合丹参川芎嗪治疗眩晕症的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月至2015年2月在我院接受治疗的眩晕症患者228例,随机分为研究组和对照组各114例。研究组接受异丙嗪联合丹参川芎嗪治疗,对照组接受异丙嗪治疗。治疗结束后对比分析两组的疗效。结果研究组总有效率(87.7%)高于对照组(72.0%),症状消失时间短于对照组,症状得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用异丙嗪联合丹参川芎嗪治疗眩晕症效果良好,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Promethazine and Salvia TMP in treating vertigo. Methods A total of 228 vertigo patients in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 114 cases in each group. The study group accepted Promethazine and Salvia TMP treatment and the control group accepted Promethazine treatment. The effect of two groups was analyzed at the end of the treatment. Results The effective rate of study group（87.7%） was higher than that of control group （72.0%）, syndrome disappeared time was shorter than that of control group, symptoms score was less than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Promethazine combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine in treating vertigo is good. It should be promoted in clinical use.
