摘要
20世纪50年代初,党和政府对云南边疆还处于原始社会末期的基诺、独龙、德昂族等,通过直接过渡的政策使其过渡到社会主义社会,实现了历史性的跨越。随着"直过民族"社会形态的跨越,其民族教育也从传统的原始教育跨越到近代学校教育,实现了教育的跨越发展。应该总结"直过区"教育跨越发展的历史经验,探索边疆少数民族教育发展的规律、趋势和存在的问题,为今后"直过民族"教育发展提供思考和借鉴,为党和政府实现民族地区教育跨越发展提供理论借鉴及决策参考。
