准分子激光治疗仪的设计与研制

摘要 准分子激光治疗仪包括波长193nm的准分子激光器及激光工作气体氟化氩(Ar F)、光路传输系统、激光控制系统、扫描系统、眼跟踪系统、照明系统及人机交互系统等。通过人机交互系统设置手术参数,生成手术方案。系统通过控制扫描电机实现角膜组织的切削。经临床试验证明,该准分子激光治疗仪治疗效果稳定、安全和有效。 Excimer laser refractive surgery system consist of excimer laser with a wavelength of 193 nm,argon lfuoride (ARF), optical transmission system, laser control system, scanning system, eye tracking system, illuminating system and human-computer interaction system. To set up the operation parameters, the system can generate automaticaly the operation scheme. The system control the scanning motor to realize the corneal tissue ablation. The clinical trial had carried out to verify stability, safety and effectiveness of the excimer laser refractive surgery system.
