摘要
针对295B电铲在运行过程中提升减速箱侧板断裂、后配重部位开裂、推压滚筒左侧立轴座断裂的问题,进行了成因分析,提出并实施了解决问题方案。降低了295B电铲故障率,提高了作业率和综合台效指标。
During the running of 295B electric shovel, the cracks were found the gearbox for lifting, rear counter weight position and vertical shaft of left pushing at its lateral plate of and pressing drum. Analyze its cause of formation. Put forward a plan for solving these problems and implememed. As the result, the fault rate of the 295B electric shovel is decreased, and the operating rate and comprehensive efficiency index are increased.
