摘要
根据某线路板公司废水的来源和特点,采用膜技术进行处理,说明了去除机理和主要控制要点。经分类收集后,含镍废水、络合废水、有机废水等通过调整p H再加入Na2S生成沉淀,然后通过SQ膜处理器进行固液分离。过滤液与经二级破氰后的含氰废水汇总至p H回调池,经p H回调后入生化系统进一步去除有机物。结果表明,出水水质达标,系统运行情况稳定。
The wastewater discharged from a printed circuit board manufacturer was treated by membrane technique based on their origins and characteristics. The corresponding removal mechanisms and main control points were described. The process mainly includes: (1) collecting different types of wastewater separately; (2) adjusting the pH values of nickel-containing wastewater, complex wastewater, organic wastewater, etc.; (3) dosing Na2S for precipitation; (4) separating the solid and liquid by SQ membrane processor; (5) gathering the filtrates obtained with the cyanide-containing wastewater after two-stage decomposition of cyanides; (6) sending the mixed wastewater to the pH readjusting pool; and (7) sending the readjusted wastewater to a biochemical system for further removal of organic substances. The results showed that the effluent quality meets the emission standard and the system runs stably.
