摘要
介绍了印制线路板生产过程中有机废水的来源和成分,详细说明了废水处理工艺流程、操作注意事项、工程池设计方案及所需设备。考察了工艺参数[酸析pH、营养物质葡萄糖的浓度和初始化学需氧量(CODCr)]对处理效果的影响。高浓度有机废水经酸析预处理后,与低浓度有机废水混合,混合有机废水采用"pH调整+硫化钠反应+絮凝+沉淀+pH回调+厌氧+好氧+过滤"技术进行处理。工程实践证明,出水中CODCr和重金属离子浓度均能达到GB 21900–2008《电镀污染物排放标准》中表2的要求。
The sources and compositions of organic wastewater produced from printed circuit board manufacturing were introduced. The wastewater treatment process flow, operation notices, treatment tank design, and equipments required were described. The effects of process parameters such as pH for acidification, concentration of glucose (as a nutrient), and initial chemical oxygen demand CODCr on treatment efficiency were discussed. After acidification pretreatment, the high- concentration organic wastewater was mixed with low-concentration organic wastewater, and the mixed organic wastewater was then treated by pH adjustment, reaction with sodium sulfide, flocculation, precipitation, pH readjustment, anaerobic/ aerobic process, and filtration. Engineering practice proved that the CODCr and concentrations of heavy metal ions of the effluent can meet the requirement of the Table 2 stipulated by GB 21900-2008 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating.
