摘要
针对20号钢圆坯生产过程中侵蚀水口严重,导致生产成本增加的问题,根据20号钢侵蚀水口的机理,研究了20号钢的脱氧强度对水口侵蚀程度的影响,以及保护渣性能对侵蚀水口的影响。通过调整钢水氧化性和保护渣关键性能,改善了20号钢圆坯生产过程中发生的侵蚀水口严重的问题,延长了连浇炉数,降低了生产成本。
In order to address the problem of production cost increase due to serious nozzle erosion at the production of round billet of 20 steel, the author studies the influence of deoxidization strength and mould powder behavior on nozzle erosion according to the mechanism of nozzle erosion of this kind of steel. By way of adjusting steel oxidability and the critical behavior of mould powder, the problem was alleviated and the heat number of sequence casting increased with lower production cost.
