摘要
为满足市场需求,天津钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称天钢)通过在螺纹钢筋添加铬元素,调整Si、Mn、Cr元素的配比,以及轧制控冷工艺的调整,制定合理的回火温度范围,开发出460 MPa级含铬英标螺纹钢筋。螺纹钢筋各项力学性能指标稳定,外形尺寸控制良好,能够满足英标460 MPa级螺纹钢筋的要求。
In order to meet market demand, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. developed 460 MPa grade chromium-contained rebar met British Standard through adding chromium element and adjusting the blending ratio of silicon, manganese and chromium, adjusting controlled rolling and cooling process and formulating reasonable tempering temperature range. With all mechanical properties stable and outline dimension controlled well, the said rebar could meet the requirement by 460 MPa grade British Standard.
