摘要
分析了天钢联合特钢公司炼钢厂3×120 t转炉一次除尘系统运行现状,为满足转炉的除尘要求,对现有传统除尘系统进行优化改造,使除尘效果大幅提高,满足了烟气达标排放的要求,取得了较高的经济效益。
The paper analyzes the current running status of primary dedusting system for 3x120 t converter at Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd. In order to meet the dedusting requirement of converter, the existing traditional dedusting system was optimized and revamped. Afterwards, the dedusting effect was substantially improved and the requirement on fume emission met. High economic benefit was obtained.
