摘要
为满足日益严格的环保要求,针对天钢联合特钢有限公司230 m2烧结机头电除尘器运行不稳定的问题,从电场、卸灰阀、阴阳极振打系统、阴阳极大小框架校正、阴阳极系统校正及漏风检查等方面对230 m2烧结机机头电除尘器进行改造。改造后电除尘器运行正常,能够满足国家排放标准。
In order to meet more and more strict environmental requirement and to solve the problem of unstable running of electrical precipitator at head of sintering machine, the electrical precipitator at head of 230 m2 Sintering Machine of Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd. was modified from aspects of electric field, dust discharge valve, anode-cathode vibrating system, calibration of anode-cathode big and small frames, calibration of anode-cathode system and air leakage inspection. After modification, the electrical precipitator ran normally, meeting the emission requirement by national standard.
