老年患者前列腺摘除术后膀胱痉挛的护理

The Bladder Spasm Nursing of Older Patients after Enucleation of the Prostate Gland

目的分析引起膀胱痉挛的相关因素寻找相关护理对策。方法我院泌尿外科2013年1月至2014年2月收治86例前列腺摘除术后发生膀胱痉挛的患者采取综合性护理措施。结果明显降低了膀胱痉挛发生率。结论前列腺摘除术后膀胱均有伤害,持续膀胱冲洗一般能把处于高敏感性的膀胱逼尿肌收缩。再由于精神紧张、焦虑等也可使得膀胱痉挛。术前、术后细心的护理可以明显使得膀胱痉挛减少,减轻患者的痛苦,减少了术后并发症的发生,使患者早日康复出院。

Objective To analyze the cause of bladder spasm related factors to find relevant nursing countermeasures. Methods Our hospital uropoiesis surgical department from January 2013 to February 2013 were 86 cases occurred aider enucleation of the prostate bladder spasm of patients comprehensive nursing measures. Results Significantly reduced the incidence of bladder spasm. Conclusion The excision of the prostate were hurt, continuous bladder irrigation can usually put at a high sensitivity of the bladder detrusor contraction. Again due to mental tension, anxiety, and also can make the bladder spasm. Preoperative and postoperative care of nursing can significantly reduce the bladder spasm, relieve the suffering of the patient, reduce the postoperative complications, make the hospital patients recover at an early date.
