网络环境下民族高校图书馆纸质期刊的建设与管理——以中央民族大学图书馆为例

Building and management of the paper magazine in the universities and colleges of ethnic minority in the network environment——Taking the library of Minzu University of China as an example

网络环境下的民族高校图书馆,普遍面临着电子资源和纸质资源并存、纸质资源利用率降低的现实问题。应对新局面的挑战,充分发挥现有纸质资源的作用,必须从源头抓起,做好期刊的资源建设,形成本校合理的特色馆藏,同时还要创新管理服务方式,全面提高工作人员整体素质,提高管理和服务水平。

The libraries in universities and colleges of ethnic minority in the network environment are facing the actual problems such as coexistence of electronic and paper resources,low utilization rate of paper resources,etc. To cope with the challenge in the new situation,we should give full play to the action of paper resource,starting with the origin to build the sources of magazines,so as to form reasonable collection of the library with the characteristic of the university. And at the same time,we should innovate the management and service pattern to raise the makings of the staff,and increase the management and service level.
