摘要
目的通过资料收集及SWOT分析法,分析该院近五年人员招聘情况及招聘效果。方法在该院人事部门收集所需数据,对招聘工作负责人进行访谈。结果该院招录人员整体素质一般,招聘规划及流程有待优化。结论注重综合素质,不拘一格降人才;转变人事部门角色;完善现有招聘制度。
Objective To analyze the personnel recruitment and years through data collection and SWOT analysis. Methods To collect effects of certain hospital in the last five the required data from the personnel de- partment in the hospital, and to interview the person resPonsible for the recruitment. Results The overall quality of recruiting staff of the hospital, recruitment planning and process need to be optimized. Conclusion Pay atten- tion to comprehensive quality to elect talent. Change the role of the personnel department. Further improving the existing recruitment system.
