摘要
本文简要介绍目标管理方法在职能部门绩效考核中的现状,指出传统目标管理法应用的困境。并通过确立目标设置者、目标设置的原则和要求、引入目标难度系数,建立改良的目标管理法考核体系。
The article briefly introduced the current situation of the management by object (MBO) in the performance evaluation of the functional departments, and pointed out the dilemma of the application of the tradi- tional MBO. The author introduced the establishment of evaluation system by improved MBO method through intro- duction objective setting, objective setting principles and requirements, and obiective difficulty coefficient.
