摘要
目的 检验军人心理核心素质量表的信度和效度。方法 采用随机整群抽样法,抽取2 200名军人,以军人心理核心素质量表进行测评,并对其中200名官兵同时施测中国军人心理健康量表(CMMHS)。利用SPSS 17.0、Amos 7.0对军人心理核心素质量表A式进行信度、效度检验。结果 1总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.636(P〈0.01),各因子的Cronbach'sα系数为0.458-0.726(P〈0.01);总量表分半信度为0.758(P〈0.01),各因子的分半信度为0.564-0.858(P〈0.01);2各因子之间相关系数为0.611-0.840(P〈0.01);各因子与量表总分的相关系数在0.389-0.831(P〈0.01)。军人心理核心素质量表各因子分及量表总分与CMMHS的强迫、焦虑、抑郁、神经衰弱、躯体化、人际关系敏感等因子有不同程度的相关,相关系数0.249-0.664(P〈0.05或0.01)。3探索性因素分析结果显示,本研究结果与原量表各条目的因子归类基本一致;4验证性因素分析发现,数据与模型拟合程度较高,χ2/df=2.725,GFI=0.891、IFI=0.936、TLI=0.910、CFI=0.925、RMSEA=0.061。结论 军人心理核心素质量表信度和效度都较好,达到心理测量学标准,可作为测量军人核心素质的有效工具。
Objective To examine the reliability and validity of the core competence scale A for military personnel. Methods A test with the core competence scale A for military personnel was carried out in 2 200 mili- tary personnel selected by random cluster sampling, 120 military personnel of the above group were tested by CMM- HS at the same time, SPSS17.0 and Amos7.0 were employed for statistical analysis. Results Firstly, the Cronbach's α coefficient of total scale was 0. 636(P 〈0.01 ) , and subscales were distributed from 0. 458 to 0. 726 (P 〈0.01 ) ; the half reliability of total scale was 0. 758(P 〈0.01 ), and subscales were distributed from 0. 564 to 0.858 (P 〈 0.01 ) ; Secondly, the correlation coefficients among factors were distributed from 0.611 to 0.840 (P 〈 0.01 ), correlation coefficients of single factors and total scale score distributed from were distributed from 0.389 to 0.831 (P 〈 0.01 ) ; the factors of the core competence scale A for military personnel significantly correlated with most factors of the Chinese Military Mental Health Scale 0. 249 - 0.664 ( P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ) Thirdly, the results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the scale of the entries in the collation and factors' name were very reasona- ble; Lastly, according to the results of confirmatory factor analysis, there was a higher degree of accordance be- tween the sample data and the hypothesized structure of factors, with Chi - Square statistic equal to 10 986. 352, RMSEA ( root mean square error of approximation) equal to 0.061, TLI ( Tucker - Lewis index), CFI ( comparative fit index), IFI( incremental fit index) and GFI ( goodness of fit index) 0. 910,0. 925,0. 936,0. 891 respectively. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the core competence scale A for military personnel meet the standards psychometrics; it can be utilized as an assessment instrument of military personnel core competence.
