摘要
目的探讨OEC管理模式在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2014年1—12月,将某医院的15个临床科室分为OEC管理组(7个内科科室)和常规管理组(8个外科科室),分别采用OEC管理方法和日常管理方法。比较两组的护理工作质量与护理满意度。结果 OEC管理组护理工作质量(整体护理能力、病室管理能力、基础护理能力及护理文书管理)平均得分明显高于常规管理组(t值分别为2.57、2.07、2.17与2.43,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;OEC管理组的护理满意率明显高于常规管理组(χ2=12.82,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论 OEC管理模式可规范护理管理,提高护理工作质量与护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of OEC management mode in clinical nursing man- agement. Methods From Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014, 15 clinical departments were randomly divided into OEC man- agement group (7 internal medicine departments) and routine management group (8 surgical departments ) in a hospital, applied OEC management method and routine management method respectively. The quality of nursing work and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Average scores of nursing work quality (the whole nursing ability, department management ability, basic nursing ability and nursing document manage- ment) in OEC management group were high than that of routine management group (t value as 2.57, 2.07, 2.17 and 2.43, P 〈 0.05 ). The nursing satisfactory rate of OEC management group was high than that of routine man- agement group (X^2 = 12. 82, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion OEC management mode can standardize nurse manage- ment, improve nursing work quality and nursing satisfaction.
