摘要
介绍了石化企业建设项目竣工验收的概念、特点、流程,对竣工验收的难点、HSE专项验收工作现状和问题进行了分析,采取应对措施,提高了专项验收的进度,促进了企业依法依规建项目。
The concept, characteristics and process of construction project completion acceptance of petrochemical enterprises are introduced and status and reasons of HSE special project acceptance are analyzed in great detail. Through corresponding measures, the schedule of special project acceptance is in- creased and lawful construction projects of the enterprise are facilitated.
