摘要
目前边坡工程安全等级划分与应用存在安全等级级数不清、安全等级划分困难、安全等级变化不连续、同一地段安全等级有两个、安全等级应用范围不足、安全等级应用不规范、高于一级的安全等级无法应用等问题。对此进行了分析并建议:1边坡工程安全等级、破坏后果严重性、坡顶建(构)筑物重要性划分原则与不位于坡顶的房屋等其它建设工程一致;2通过稳定性计算确定边坡抗失稳支护力和放坡所用稳定坡率;3重力式挡墙抗滑移和抗倾覆稳定安全系数与地基承载安全系数对不同安全等级取不同值;锚杆设计计算中各种强度均采用标准值。最后对塌滑区范围确定方法进行了讨论。
Problems exist in slope project of ambiguous safety levels, difficult division, discontinuous shift, bi safety levels in the same section, inadequate application range, non-standard application and unapplicable one level higher, based on which, the followings are analyzed with advice offered: 1. the safety level, damage seriousness and division principles of slope constructions are the same as those of other constructions not on the slope; 2. Anti-unstableness supporting stress and stability slope rate can be determined through stability calculation; 3.The anti-slip and anti-toppling stability coefficients of gravity retaining wall and ground loading safety coefficients choose different safety levels, and the standard value is adopted in different strengths in anchor design calculation; and lastly, the determination method for collapse area is discussed.
