摘要
目的检测短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者发病早期血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的水平,探讨血清MMP-9水平与TIA近期预后的相关性。方法纳入2012年12月~2013年12月我院神经内科收治的TIA患者110例,分为3组,即TIA缓解组(A组)、反复发作但无脑梗死事件组(B组)、TIA起病后发展为脑梗死组(C组)。所有病例均在起病24 h内采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定血清MMP-9含量。结果三组患者血清MMP-9含量均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),MMP-9水平由高至低依次为C组、B组和A组。C组与A组比较MMP-9水平比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),B组与A组比较、C组与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。在置信度为0.01时,血清MMP-9含量与TIA近期预后存在相关性(P〈0.01)。结论早期血清MMP-9含量增高可能是TIA患者近期预后不佳,尤其是近期发生脑梗死的预测因素。
Objective To investigate the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in TIA patients’ serum, and analyzed the association between MMP-9 and the recent prognosis of TIA. Methods The 110 cases of patients with TIA were admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013. They were divided into group A(remission group), group B(recurrent people without cerebral infarction) and group C(cerebral infarction). The levels of MMP-9 were detected by ELISA at 24 hours of onset. Results The levels of MMP-9 among the three groups were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.01). The level from high to low was group C, group B, group A. There was statistical difference of levels of MMP-9 between group A and group C(P〈0.01). However, there was no statistical significance neither between group A and group B, not between group B and group C(P〉0.05). When the confidence level of0.01, correlation analysis showed that MMP-9 was associated with the short-term prognosis of TIA(P〈0.01). Conclusion Elevated levels of MMP-9 are associated with short-term prognosis of TIA, which may predict the poor outcome of TIA.
