首次脑卒中患者生存率和死亡影响因素的研究

Study of the survival rate and influencing factors of death in patients with initial cerebral stroke

目的研究首次脑卒中患者生存率和死亡影响因素。方法收集我院2010年慢性疾病信息管理系统中记录的400例首次脑卒中患者作为本组研究对象,回顾性分析其临床及随访资料,统计患者的生存情况,总结其死亡原因,分析影响首次脑卒中患者生存率的相关因素。结果多元回归分析结果证实年龄、既往高血压病史、脑卒中类型是影响首次脑卒中患者生存率的独立危险因素,年龄越大,合并高血压病史的脑出血患者死亡率越高。结论为提升首次脑卒中患者的生存质量,在对症处理的同时,需严格控制其危险因素,有效控制患者血压水平,积极给予康复治疗与处理,以提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the survival rate and influencing factors of death in patients with initial cerebral stroke.Methods All 400 patients with initial cerebral stroke recorded in the information management system of chronic disease and who were admitted into the hospital in 2010 were selected as the research objects. The clinical and follow-up datum of patients were retrospectively analyzed. The survival situation were counted and the cause of death was summarized to analyze the factors influencing the survival rate of patients with initial cerebral stroke. Results The results of multiple regression analysis confirmed that age, past history of hypertension and stroke type were the independent risk factors influencing the survival rate of patients with initial cerebral stroke. The greater the age was, the higher the mortality of cerebral hemorrhage patients with hypertension history was. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of life of patients with initial cerebral stroke, when the symptomatic treatment is given, the risk factors need to be strictly controlled. The patients’ blood pressure level needs to be effectively controlled and positive rehabilitation treatment and handling also need to be completed to the quality of life of the patients.
