在市场经济浪潮中,随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,医院面临的风险因素日益增多,如何对医院风险进行科学有效管理已经成为现代医院管理者所关注的重大课题,对作为医院风险管理关键环节的风险评估提出了更高的要求。本文对医院风险评估研究进展进行综述,简述几种常用的医院风险评估方法,以期对构建实用性和可操作性强的风险评估模型有所启发。

In the tide of market economy, with the deepening of the medical system reform, hospitals are facing increasing risk factors, how to carry on the scientific and effective management of hospital risk has become a major subject of modern hospital managers concerned. It puts forward higher requirements to the risk assessment which is the key link of hospital risk management. Article reviewed the progress of hospital risk assessment research, outlined several common hospital risk assessment methods, in order to build a strong practical and operational risk assessment model and to correct guidance of hospital risk prevention and treatment.
