实施产科优质护理对产妇产后子宫复旧、乳量分泌及新生儿生长发育促进作用的探讨

The study of the promoting role of high-quality obstetrical nursing in uterine involution, milk yield and neonatal growth and development of women after delivery

目的探讨落实责任制护理,实施全程优质护理服务对产妇产后子宫复旧乳量分泌及新生儿生长发育的促进作用。方法随机抽取我院住院分娩的300例产妇作为对照组;另选择在我院住院分娩的300例产妇作为观察组,严格落实责任制护理,实施全程优质护理服务,对比两组产妇产后子宫复旧乳量分泌及新生儿生长发育。结果观察组产妇的阴道恶露排出总量明显少于对照组(P=0.003),其恶露持续时间、子宫复旧时间和新生儿黄疸消退时间均短于对照组(P=0.000、0.013、0.012);观察组产妇的乳量分泌量明显高于对照组(P=0.000);观察组产妇的并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.000)。结论落实责任制护理,实施全程优质护理服务,能够显著缩短产妇子宫复旧时间,增加泌乳量,促进新生儿生长发育,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the promoting role of implementing responsibility nursing and full course high-quality nursing in uterine involution, milk yield and neonatal growth and development of women after delivery. Methods 600 cases of women who delivered in our hospital were randomly chosen and divided into two groups（the control group and the observation group）, with 300 cases in each group. Responsibility nursing and full course high-quality nursing were conducted strictly, and uterine involution, milk yield and neonatal growth and development of women after delivery in the two groups were compared. Results The total amount of vaginal lochia discharge in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P=0.003）. Duration of lochia, the time of uterine instauration and the time of neonatal jaundice fading away in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P=0.000,0.013,0.012 respectively）. Milk yield in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P=0.000）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P=0.000）. Conclusion Implementing responsibility nursing and full course high-quality nursing can shorten the time of uterine instauration, boost milk yield and promote neonatal growth and development and it is worth promoting in clinics.
