“多规合一”技术整合模式探讨

Technology Integration Mode with Regard to “Multiple Planning Integration” Province

从"多规合一"技术整合的视角,分析了土地利用总体规划、城市总体规划、国民经济与社会发展总体规划等各类规划之间产生矛盾的技术根源,探讨了"多规合一"的内涵、技术整合的关键与核心内容,在此基础上提出了基于GIS技术为支撑的空间分析整合模式、以弹性规划为引导的空间弹性整合模式和以反规划理念为控制的空间管治整合模式三种技术整合模式,以期丰富当前"多规合一"的研究成果,为推动"多规合一"的实践工作提供参考。

This paper analyzes the technical rootstocks of the contradiction generated among overall plan for land use,urban comprehensive planning,and general plans for national economic and social development with a view to integrating the multi-planning. It also discusses the contents, the key and core content of technology integration. On this basis, this paper introduces three models of the integration, these are： spatial analysis based on the GIS technology, space elastic guided by flexible planning, spatial governance controlled by anti-planning＂theory so as to enrich the current research findings and providing a reference for the practical work.
