摘要
利用FLUENT对某AP 1 000核电汽轮机中压进汽蝶阀内的流动特性进行数值模拟。分别对调节阀在100%、60%、30%3种开度下的速度场与压力场进行分析并讨论阀门压损随调节阀开度的变化。结果表明:调节阀在100%开度时,压力分布均匀对称、流动稳定简单,当调节阀开度变为60%与30%时压力分布不再对称,流速变化大,流动变得复杂且有涡流产生。随调节阀开度的减小,调节阀处的压损所占阀门总压损的比例升高。
The software FLUENT is used to make the numerical simulation for the flow characteristics in mid-pressure butterfly valve of AP 1 000 nuclear steam turbine. The velocity field and pressure field are respectively analyzed under control valve' s three openings of 100% ,60% ,30% and the pressure loss is discussed with the change of the control valve' s opening. Simulation results show that the pressure distribution is uniform and symmetrical and the flow field is simple and stability when the control valve' s opening is 100%. When the valve' s opening transforms to 60% or 30%, the pressure distribution is no longer symmetrical and velocity changes significantly. At this time, the flow is complicated and the vortex appears. The pressure loss of the control valve in the proportion of total pressure loss increases with the reduction of the control valve' s opening.
