摘要
针对带SSS离合器NCB式汽轮机机组配置和运行要求,提出了一种用于抽凝和背压工况切换的阀门配置和控制方案。实际运行情况表明,本方案精确可靠,可有效控制机组抽凝和背压工况切换时低压缸和热网加热器各参数的波动,具有很大的推广应用价值。
According to the requirement of operation and configuration of NCB type steam turbine with SSS clutch, a valve configuration and control scheme for the extraction condition and back pressure condition switch is proposed. The actual circumstance shows that The scheme has the advantages of simple and reliable, and effectively control the fluctuation of the LP cylinder and the heating network heater parameters when extraction condensing and back pressure condition switching, and has great value of popularization and application.
