环境条件对海蜇生长发育影响的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 海蜇Rhopilema esculentum Kishinouye是营养价值和经济价值都很高的大型食用水母,是中国沿岸渔业的重要捕捞对象,近年来海蜇养殖业发展迅速,已逐渐成为中国北方沿海重要的养殖品种,但其产量受环境条件影响较大。本研究中综述了水质环境(氨氮、溶氧、p H、盐度、温度、透明度、光照等),营养条件,以及其他因素对海蜇生长发育的影响研究,并提出培育生长快、抗逆性强的海蜇良种,研制出海蜇人工饲料,建立一套行之有效的海蜇养殖操作规范和技术标准,是海蜇养殖业今后的主要发展方向。 Jellyfish Rhopilema esculentum Kishinouye as a large edible jellyfish with high nutritional and economic values has been an important coastal fishing object in China. Recently, jellyfish culture has gradually become an important industry and is still much affected by environmental conditions in the northern China coast. The effects of water quality including ammonia nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity, temperature, transparency, light, nutri-tion and other factors on the development of jellyfish were summarized in this paper. Some good measurements in producing good jellyfish varieties with fast growth and high resistance were suggested to establish a good standard and specification including jellyfish feed for future jellyfish aquaculture.
