叠氮硝胺发射药强度的落锤撞击实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究高能叠氮硝胺发射药的动态力学强度及影响因素,以现有配方DAGR1为基础,通过调节组分设计制备了4种21/19粒状发射药,低温(-40℃)下对其进行了落锤撞击试验。结果表明,撞击初速为4.0m/s时,DAGR1的临界撞击能约为33J/cm2;在配方中添加质量分数1.5%的热塑性弹性体(ETPE)及混合增塑剂总含量不变增加DIANP含量均可提高样品的低温抗撞击损伤强度。 In order to study the dynamic mechanical strength and influence factors of high energy azidonitramine gun propellant,four kinds of 21/19 granular gun propellants were prepared based on formulation of DAGR1.The drop weight tests of samples were conducted at low temperature(-40℃).Results indicate that the critical impact energy of DAGR1 is 33 J/cm^2 when the impact velocity is 4.0 m/s.The impact fracture property of sample improved significantly at low temperature(-40℃)with 1 .5%additive of energetic thermoplastic elastomer (ETPE)and the increase of proportion of 1 ,5-diazido-3-nitrozapentane (DIANP).
