摘要
针对电助熔设备总线系统在高温、强干扰等恶劣环境中使用的故障,提出了日常维护的一些见解。通过电助熔总线系统结构及通讯原理,分析了电助熔控制器在运行中出现可控硅击穿故障等3个具体故障案例,介绍了故障排查方法和整改措施,以便提前预防排除隐患,提高维护效率。
Regarding troubles of the bus system for electric boosting equipment for fiberglass furnaces arising under harsh conditions such as high temperature and strong interference, some suggestions for daily maintenance are offered here. Based on the structure and working principles of bus system for electric boosting , three cases of thyristor breakdown in the operation of electric boosting controllers are analyzed, with introduction to troubleshooting methods and measures so as to prevent and eliminate potential troubles and improve maintenance efficiency.
