摘要
采用表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱技术建立了纺织品还原液中联苯胺的测定方法。纺织样品中的偶氮染料用柠檬酸缓冲盐提取后,加入连二亚硫酸钠水溶液将提取液中的偶氮染料还原,然后用表面增强拉曼散射光谱法直接测定还原液中的联苯胺。在金溶胶、凝聚剂、样品溶液的体积比为9∶1∶1、p H=6的实验条件下,测定了含有联苯胺的阳性样品,并采用在不同纺织样品中添加联苯胺标准溶液的方法来考察不同基质对测定的影响。结果表明,联苯胺的检出限为2.0×104μg/kg,在低浓度下,基质对联苯胺的测定有一定影响。
A method for the determination of benzidine in reducing solution of textiles was established by Surface-Enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy( SERS). First,aqueous sodium dithionite solution was added in extraction solution for reductive cleavage of azo groups after the azo colorants in textile samples was extracted with citrate buffer solution,then the benzidine in the reducing solution was directly detected by surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy. The positive samples containing benzidine were detected when the proportion of gold colloids,aggregating agent and sample solution was 9 ∶ 1 ∶ 1( V / V) and the p H value was set at 6. Besides,the matrix interference was investigated by detecting the benzidine added in the different matrix. The detection limit of this method was 20 mg / kg,and the matrix for the determination of the benzidine had some influence at low concentrations.
