广州市海珠区中小学生低出生体重情况调查分析

Sampling Survey for Children with Low Birth Weight in Haizhu District of Guangzhou

目的 调查分析广州市海珠区少年儿童低出生体重情况。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法,对广州市海珠区9所中小学学生进行问卷调查。结果 回收有效问卷4 365例,低出生体重率为3.6%。低出生体重少儿孕周≤32周的比例为51.9%,孕周在33~37周之间的比例为19.3%。低出生体重少儿的母亲孕期疾病中,高血压患病率最高。低出生体重少儿的目前BMI均值小于正常范围,小部分低出生体重少儿目前BMI≥24 kg/m2。结论 广州市海珠区中小学低出生体重的发生率接近全国水平的低值,大部分低出生体重少儿目前的BMI偏低,但小部分的BMI处于超重水平。

OBJECTIVE To investigate children with low birth weight in Haizhu District of Guangzhou. METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among students from 9 primary/middle schools in Haizhu District of Guangzhou with stratified cluster random sampiing. RESULTS 4 365 valid questionnaires were obtained. The rate of children with low birth weight was 3.6%. Proportion of low birth weight infants was 51.9% among mothers with gestational age≤32 weeks and 19.3% among gestational age 33 - 37 weeks. For mothers of low birth weight infants, hypertension was the disease with highest incidence during pregnancy. Children with low birth weight had average BMI lower than normal range whereas a small portion had BMI≥24kg/m^2. Conclusion The incidence of children with low birth weight in Haizhu District of Guangzhou was close to the lower limit of national average level. A majority of children with low birth weight had lower BMI while a small portion was overweight.
