舒适护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用研究

Research on Application of Nursing Intervention in Children with Diarrhea

目的探讨舒适护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用效果。方法选择2012年8月—2014年2月我院收治的腹泻患儿80例,根据随机抽签原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,所有患儿均给予常规药物治疗,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予舒适护理干预,护理周期为7天。比较两组患儿干预后的临床疗效和生活质量。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的生理、心理、社会关系和环境评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预能够显著改善腹泻患儿的临床疗效,提高患儿的生活质量。

OBJECTIVE Discuss the application of comfort nursing intervention in children with diarrhea effect. METHODS 80 cases of children with diarrhea were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group （n=40）, all children were given routine drug treatment, the control group given routine nursing intervention, the observation group based on the given comfortable nursing intervention, care cycle for 7 days. Compare two groups of children after the intervention of clinical curative effect and quali- ty of life. RESULTS Efficient observation treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）. To carry out investigation after nursing, physiological, psychological, social and environmental scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Comfortable nursing intervention in children with diarrhea ould promote the improvement of curative effect and improve children＇ s quality of life.
