摘要
本文通过建立劳动力资源配置水平指标体系,对我国劳动力资源的配置水平进行综合评价分析。对全国31个省市通过劳动力资源配置水平一级指标和二级指标进行排序,为不同区域提升劳动力资源配置能力提供参考。在综合分析劳动力资源配置水平区域差异的基础上,进一步分析劳动力资源配置水平与经济发展的关系,检验结果显示劳动资源配置水平与经济发展水平呈现正相关关系。经济发展水平越高的地区劳动力资源规模水平越高,中西部地区劳动力资源结构水平、再生产水平、发展环境水平都明显落后于东部地区,这也是中西部劳动力资源配置水平较低的主要原因。同时研究显示政府、社会、市场和个人在区域劳动力资源配置中发挥着不同的作用。
This article through the establishment of theindicator system of allocation level of labor resources, evaluateand analysis the configuration level of the regional labor resources, and ordered the sequence of the allocation level of labor resources of the country' s 31 provinces and cities, providing a standard for enhancing the ability ofregional allocation of labor resources. On this basis, analysis the relationship of the allocation level of labor resources and the level of economic development. The results showed that the relation between the level of labor resources and the level of economic development is a positive correlation. The higher of regional economic development level, the higher the level of labor resources allocation. The structure level, reproduction level and the environment level of development of labor resources in the central and western regions significantly behind the eastern regions. This is also the main reasons for the allocation level of labor resources in the central and western regions is lower.
