摘要
依次经水热法合成磁性Fe3O4、葡萄糖水热碳化和对甲苯磺酸焙烧磺化,制得球形核壳结构磁性碳基固体酸催化剂Fe3O4@C-SO3H,采用FTIR、XRD、VSM和TEM对其进行表征并测定酸密度。该催化剂用于催化油酸和甲醇的酯化反应,可实现与反应体系的快速分离。Fe3O4@C-SO3H用量为油酸质量的1.59%,醇酸摩尔比6∶1,反应7 h,油酸的酯化率可达80.8%。
Prepared by magnetic Fe3O4 through hydrothermal method, glucose hydrothermal carbonization, p-toluenesulfonic acid roasting sulfonation respectively, magnetic carbon-based solid acid Fe3 04 @ C-SO3 H was obtained suc XRD,VSM,TEM cessfully. and acid It was characterized by density determination. It sizing methyl oleate from oleic acid and methyl molar ration of methyl alcohol to oleic acid 6:1 various physico-chemical techniques such as FTIR, could be separated from reaction system after synthealcohol. When 1.59% catalyst dose based on oleic acid, and reaction time 7 h,the esterification rate was 80. 8%.
