摘要
采用硝酸-高氯酸消化法,以原子吸收分光光度计乙炔-空气火焰法对有机肥中的钾含量进行了测定,并与现行标准NY 525—2012中规定的方法进行对比。试验结果表明,2种试验方法无显著性差异,且改进后的测定方法可以缩短试验周期。
Adopting HNO3- HC104 digestion method, by Oxy-ethylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the potassium content in organic fertilizer is determined, and a comparison is made with method specified in current standard NY 525--2012. Test results show that there is no significant difference between the two test methods, and the improved method can shorten test period.
