摘要
由于原设计中存在较大的缺陷,硝酸铵生产装置的中和废气冷凝器在使用过程中氨酸比控制波动较大,造成换热管及设备腐蚀。在装置改产硝铵磷复合肥时,采用闲置的省煤器对其进行了改造,取得了良好的效果。
Because of the obvious defects existing in original design, there is a bigger control fluctuation of ratio of ammonia and acid in use of neutralized exhaust gas condenser for ammonium nitrate production plant, resulting in corrosion of heat exchange tubes and equipment. During product changing into ammonium nitrate phosphate fertilizer of the plant, renovation of the condenser is carried out by using an idle coal economizer, and good results are obtained.
