摘要
针对等温变换工艺在应用中出现的问题和钴钼系耐硫变换催化剂反应温区宽的特点,提出了控温变换技术,并详细介绍了控温变换技术的优势。工业应用表明,控温变换技术具有工艺流程简单、系统阻力小、操作简便、投资省和占地少的特点,可实现变换装置低成本、高效、安全稳定运行。
In connection with problems arisen in use of isothermal shift process and characteristics of cobalt molybdenum based sulfur tolerant shift catalyst, i.e., wide reaction temperature range, the temperature controlled shift conversion technology is proposed, and its technical advantages are presented in detail. Industrial application shows that temperature controlled shift conversion technology has features of simple process flow, low system resistance, easy operation, less investment and small land occupation, and low cost, high efficiency, safe operation of shift conversion unit are achievable.
