摘要
介绍了Shell粉煤气化制甲醇工艺中二氧化碳离心压缩机工艺流程及实际运行情况。针对机组在试车、生产中出现的汽轮机轴承温度高、压缩机喘振等问题进行分析,采取相应措施并优化调整技术操作,消除了影响装置安全生产的不利因素,保证了机组安全稳定运行。
The process flow and actual running situation of carbon dioxide turbo centrifugal compressor for Shell pulverized coal gasification plant in methanol synthesis process are introduced. In connection with problems arisen in test run and production, such as high temperature of steam turbine bearing, compressor surging, etc. , an analysis is carried out, and relevant measures are taken to optimize and adjust technical operation, negative factors with equipment safety are eliminated, safe and stable running of the unit is guaranteed.
