摘要
简要介绍了CO变换工序的工艺流程,分析了中变锅炉给水预热器变换气出口弯头爆裂的原因,最终确定冲刷腐蚀是导致管线弯头发生爆裂的主要原因。对爆裂的弯头、壁厚减薄的管道进行更换,并将材质更换为不锈钢,同时对相应的管道及弯头定期进行壁厚分析、加强工艺操作与管理,变换工序运行正常。
The process flow of CO shift conversion section is introduced, the causes for shift gas outlet elbow burst of feed water preheater of medium temperature shift boiler are analyzed, and finally it is determined that the main cause for the pipeline elbow burst is erosion and corrosion. The burst elbow and wall thickness thinned pipe are replaced, and the materials are replaced with stainless steel, the wall thickness of relevant pipelines and elbows is analyzed on a regular basis, process operation and management are strengthened, and shift conversion section runs normally.
