摘要
针对本菲尔脱碳工艺流程中二氧化碳吸收塔下部筒节出现的严重腐蚀问题,经分析认为是冲刷和碱性溶液对金属材质侵蚀性腐蚀所致。对二氧化碳吸收塔腐蚀带进行切割补焊、消除设备缺陷并加强相应的管理措施后,稳定了脱碳工序的生产。
In connection with serious corrosion problem at the lower barrel of carbon dioxide absorption tower in Benfield process for CO2 removal, after analysis, it is considered that the problem is caused by eroding and alkaline solution erosion corrosion to metal material. The corrosion area of the carbon dioxide absorption tower is cut and welded, after eliminating equipment defects and strengthening relevant management measures, the production of CO2 removal section is stabilized.
