Making cutting plan is particularly important for the garment production. Conservation-oriented plan can reduce cutting working hours consumption, improve utilization of material, and promote the continuous improvement of the entire process. Quantizing the spreading fabric and cutting consuming more working hours in the whole cutting process is helpful to find the merit of different programs. We will analyze and probe for some of the principles of conservation-oriented cutting plan combined with the actual production.
