摘要
为了解决油田酸液体系和措施工艺单一、作用范围有限的问题,研究对比不同酸液与储层岩石反应规律。通过Crs系列旋转岩盘仪模拟实际油田高温高压环境,对油田典型岩心开展非均相反应动力学和岩心动态刻蚀的酸岩反应研究,观察反应动力学参数、活化能及酸液中氢离子的传递规律,确定反应速率方程和反应动力学方程;同时,对比酸岩反应前后岩心端面的变化,分析不同条件下各酸液的非均匀刻蚀形态规律。
To address the simplified and limited effect of acid systems and acidification processes, we analyzed the reaction of reservoir rock with multiple acids. Crs - series rotating disk instrument has been used to simulate the ac- tual high temperature high pressure condition of reservoir, acid rock heterogeneous reaction kinetics and the dynam- ic etching experiment with typical cores from N oilfield have been conducted. According to the obtained reaction ki- netics parameters, activation energy and the transfer rule of hydrogen ions, reaction rate and reaction kinetics equa- tions have been determined. Meanwhile, with the comparison of core edges before and after acid treatment, the non - uniform etching morphology rules of different acids under different conditions have been explicated. Research conclusions provide basis for the selection of acid formulas and optimized design of aeidizing in the oilfields.
