双河油区特低渗油藏油井故障频繁原因分析

Reason Analysis for Oil Well Frequent Failure of Ultra-low Permeability Reservoirs in Shuanghe Oildom

针对延长石油双河油区特低渗油藏单井产量低、修井作业量大、油井免修期短、原油生产成本高等问题,调查分析该区某队5个月内的修井作业情况。认为光杆断掉、油杆断脱及泵筒故障是引起油井故障频繁的主要原因,并提出相应预防措施。

This thesis focused on the high production cost per tone crude oil in the ultra - low permeability reservoir in the Shuanghe oildom of Yanchang oilfield due to the low single well production, large amount of well operation and the short workover intervals; well workovers within five months were conducted through investigation in a pro- duction unit of this region. Many factors were taken into consideration to analyze the reasons of the well failures. The major fault causes are polished rod broken, dip rod parting, and pump cylinder fault, and thus put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
