摘要
针对高空气象组网探测缺乏有效管理手段、无法为指挥员直观地提供组网态势、数据融合处理方法不科学等问题,设计了高空气象组网探测管理系统,介绍了系统功能和系统总体框架结构,论述了通信链路设计、探空气球坐标变换方法、数据融合权重确定和弹道气象数据处理模型构建等关键技术,采用Visual C++和军事地理信息系统完成了组网指挥控制终端和数据融合处理终端的开发,为高空气象组网探测提供了一种有效的指挥控制和数据融合处理手段。
Aimming at netted upper-air sounding lack of effective management means, unable to provide a netted situation for a commander, data fusion and processing methods are not scientific problems, it designes the management system of netted upper-air Sounding, introduces the system function and the whole frame structure, discusses the key technologies, such as communication link design, the sounding balloon coordinates transformation method, determination weight of data fusion, meteorological data processing model for ballistic, using Visual C++and MGIS to complete the netted command and control terminal and data fusion processing terminal development. It provides the means of fusion processing of an effective command and control and data for netted Upper-air Sounding.
