Method for Evaluating Naval Ship Troops' Grass-roots Cadres Based on Multifactor Sequence

通过分析影响舰艇部队综合作战能力的主要因素,建立了舰艇部队基层干部评价指标体系,并依据该指标体系提出了相应的测评方法。综合运用层次分析法和数据包络分析方法,提出了一种基于多因素排序的舰艇部队基层干部评价方法。通过某驱逐舰支队基层干部人才选优的实例,说明了方法的有效性。

Through analyzing main factors that affecting the comprehensive combat ability of naval ship troops, it establishes the grass-roots cadres evaluation index system and puts forward the corresponding evaluation methods relying on this index system. With a combination of analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis method, naval ship troops grass-roots cadres evaluation method based on multifactor sequence is presented. The availability of this method is solid considering the talent selection cases of one certain navy destroyer division.
