历史地段更新过程中利益主体“意识—行为”特征分析——以南京市龙虎巷历史地段为例

A Study on Characteristics of Stakeholders' “Consciousness—Behavior” in the Renovation Process of Historic Districts:A Case Study of the Historic District Named Longhu Lane in Nanjing

城市历史地段更新工作难以开展、困境重重,究其原因是其涉及利益的多样化和利益主体的多元化。本文首先阐述传统历史地段更新中利益主体"意识—行为"特征,再进一步结合实际案例,分析龙虎巷历史地段利益主体的"意识—行为"特征,并指出区位因素是龙虎巷地区利益主体"意识—行为"特征异化的原因。以此为基础,分别针对四类利益主体"意识—行为"提出相应措施,使各利益主体"意识—行为"得以矫正,规避外界不利因素影响,从而使各利益主体从非理性走向理性、从非合作走向合作,保护工作得以顺利进行。

The urban areas has a low level of renovation of historic districts, the reason is that it involves a variety of interests and diversity of interests. This paper expounds the characteristics of stakeholders＇ ＂consciousness--behavior＂ in the protection of traditional historic districts, and then examines the characteristics of stakeholders＇ ＂consciousness--behavior＂ in the historic district named Longhu in accordance with the practical case. It also states that the characteristic alienation of stakeholders＇ ＂consciousness--behavior＂ is due to location. On this basis, the corresponding measures on four stakeholders＇ ＂consciousness--behavior＂ are put forward respectively to redress stakeholders＇ ＂consciousness--behavior＂ and avoid the unfavorable external factors. Therefore, all stakeholders direct their steps towards rationality and cooperation, and the protection work can be carried out smoothly.
