摘要
采用热力学软件,研究析出相对DP钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,Mo含量越高,Mo C析出温度就越高;退火后试验钢中形成了分布均匀细小的马氏体,提高了其抗拉强度和伸长率;在低Mo钢中发生了贝氏体相变,降低了其力学性能;Mo C在再结晶阶段稳定碳元素,在保温阶段析出碳元素,保证了试验钢的双相结构。
Through using thermodynamic software, the influence of Mo C precipitates on microstructures and mechanical properties of DP steel was investigated. The results show that when increase of Mo content in the steel, the precipitation temperature also increased; after annealing, small martensite distributed uniformly in the test steel thus enhance the tensile strength and elongation; banite transformation take place in the low Mo containing steel, which can decrease the mechanical properties of the test steel; the Mo C can stabilize C element during steel recrystallization stage but give up C during isothermal holding stage, which keep the dual phase structure of the steel.
