热轧碳素钢断后伸长率与试样尺寸的关系及计算机辅助分析

Relationship Between Elongation After Fracture and Sample Size of Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel and Computer-Aided Analysis

通过计算机拟合软件分析了两种热轧碳素钢断后伸长率和试样尺寸之间的关系。结果表明,两种厚度的热轧碳素钢不同尺寸试样的lgs(s为应力)和lge(e为应变)之间呈良好的线性关系,并且两种厚度热轧碳素钢的断后伸长率和试样尺寸完全符合Oliver公式。

The relationship between the elongation after fracture and sample size of hot-rolled carbon steel was analyzed by computer fitting software. The results show that the relationship between lgs and lge of the different-size samples in the two steels with different thickness is linear, and the relationship between the elongation after fracture and sample size of the two steels is agreed with Oliver formula completely.
